Just saw how he pulled his name from the usc job in the same fashion after it was obvious he wouldn't be hired, him or his agent just uses this tactic to save face it seems like. Maybe we're going with clark.

I think it’s a good hire. He’ll do whatever it takes to win. Fully expecting most die-hard fans to hate the hire which is fine; I just think he will win anywhere he goes.
Think everyone is thinking he will get killed in recruiting. Maybe he will but I think beating Bama, Georgia, and LSU in recruiting is a pipe dream. If we can recruit like Zahn did but with someone that can develop well, I think we’ll be good.

Yeah I agree. I think he’ll recruit fine. Just hopefully he understands better than Zahn that OL and DL have to be prioritized every year

I think it’s a good sign he was on the court with the team before the game, I think it’s an even better sign he was on the bench with the team and not sitting on the baseline, and I’ve heard people say Omar turned over a 3rd set of documents to the NCAA at some point recently and there is renewed hope that will be enough to get Sharife cleared

idk how insidesource’y insidesource actually is, but he posted yesterday morning Urban had been contacted and he got that info directly from someone who was on the zoom call, but Urban ultimately decided not to pursue the job... he later deleted the posts, then said he may leave the board because whoever gave him that info found out he had posted it and was pissssed and he was worried about ruining actual real life friendships
he’s back posting today though, so who tf knows... maybe Urban was contacted, maybe he wasn’t and insidesource was given bad info on purpose to identify who was leaking shit, maybe Urban is back in play, maybe all of this is trolling our dicks off

From what I’ve gathered this insidesource dude has been playing off some of his connected buddies & reminds me of some handle like “2011 National Champs” or something like that. Guy had all of the inside on the Calloway smoke screen back in the day & knew all about Peaches & such. JLEE was right in the middle of it all & promised to bring down the Evil Empire. Well 2011 Champs goes on Finescum & gets obliterated & I happened to be in Lafayette, LA at the time. Not saying he is FOS, but maybe we get Urban if he keeps his trap shut (if what he says is true). I had to keep my mouth shut one time for 7 months before some of us went MUTINY & opened a company in competition with the company we worked for. Just saying...
this whole thing really does seem to be a clusterfvck, even by Auburn standards... I think a lot of people who usually do have good info are being used and don’t even realize it

I feel it in my balls, Urban Meyer is gonna be our coach for at least 10 minutes today.
The problem is you can have the very best inside info in Boogville but it’s still gonna be from the perspective of some boog that thinks way too highly of himself. Of Boogville, of the job, etc. Probably from an agent trying to be polite and raise his clients value.
You can look at our past coaches and guys like Cristobal are totally out of the question. Everyone says we got Tubs from OM well that was when they were on probation and they didn’t pay their corch $4M or whatever. Even guys at UAB and ULL are presumably telling us to fug off I’m good making $1M at bumblfug U. A guy like Napier was really a best case but guess we blew that lol.
