UGA/UT further apart than I would think and UF/Vandy closer than I would think

Personal life
Morrison lives near Spokane, Washington, with his girlfriend and two daughters. They are expecting a son to be born in August 2016. Morrison has said he isn't religious and doesn't believe in marriage.[25]

I love that this is a hard belief of his.

UF and UT both playing on the road today and both only favored by no more than 2.5 pts. Boogs could realistically take a 4 game advantage today in the league

Yeah UGA is trash but they matchup ok with UT. UF just isn’t good and Vandy playing decent lately. Would be sweet to have a shot at wrapping it up against bama wed.

UF isn't good but they shoot a ton of 3's and if you see them on the wrong day you better score a freaking ton. But the rest of their game has gone to trash so they are pretty much trash.

Well done Georgia. Boogs need to ride the emotion from a good crowd against Bama and put themselves one game from clinching the regular season crown. Otherwise may get dicey trying to beat either Florida or arky on the road. May come down to the last game of the season with a chance to exact revenge against the blasted cocks.

Two Auburn wins now clinches at least a share. 3 wins it outright. And a win against Bama and a Tennessee loss at Florida also clinches at least a share. Two wins and one Tennessee loss will also clinch it outright.
I know we can beat USCe at home. I can’t feel good about any other game. Bryce still isn’t healthy and he’s got to play a ton for sure. Our only true big left is the most foul prone player on the team and one of the leagues worst in that department. It’s gonna take all of them Booging to extreme levels now.

We’re gonna be ridiculously small when we throw out the lineup of:

Jared
Bryce
Staph
Desean
Chuma

Jesus Christ.. anybody with a real post player will abuse us down low. We’re gonna have to give up open looks outside to prevent easy layups all the time. I don’t see us beating Arkansas on the road for sure.

That’s the exact same size as the starting 5 we’ve played all season

It’s not the height so much as the shot blocking threat that we now lack.

I’m not sure if you double the post a ton like we did vs A&M or if you just dare a team to be patient enough to go to the post all night. Most teams will bail on it as soon as the big guy misses a couple. Few CBB teams have real post players. Most teams don’t have what the Aggies have and the guards will start to get impatient and take shots themselves. I think you make teams go there all day and make shots without fouling.

I’m more worried about guards driving and getting buckets and killing us by drawing fouls. Sexton is gonna go at all our bigs looking for whistles Wednesday night. It’s what he does anyway and he’ll smell blood in the water w/o Mac. Our perimeter guys gotta keep everything in front of them and stop gambling now without his presence in the paint IMO.

Looking at the remaining schedules for all teams still alive in the SEC, everybody seems to have a fairly difficult schedule remaining. Bama, Florida, Arkansas, and Missouri are all tied at 8-6, and all of those teams have games against each other and 3 play Kentucky. So, we need to be big some big UK fans over the next four games.

Auburn: Bama, at Florida, at Arkansas, S Carolina
Tennessee: Florida, at Ole Miss, at Miss St, UGA

Bama: at AU, Arkansas, Florida, at aTm
Arkansas: UK, at Bama, AU, at Mizzou
Florida: at Tenn, AU, at Bama, UK
Mizzou: Ole Miss, at UK, at Vandy, Ark

At this point, with our roster depth, I'm all about recruiting other teams to help us finish this job. We need all 5 teams close to us to pick up that seventh loss.

Some big games in the midweek for the SEC and for Auburn's regular season crown pursuit. Arkansas, Bama, Mizzou, and Florida are hanging on for dear life in the SEC race, and three of them have huge games tonight or tomorrow.

BPI for the midweek:

Miss St at aTm: 20/80
Kentucky at Arkansas: 34/66
Ole Miss at Mizzou: 15/85
Vandy at LSU: 31/69

UGA at SCarolina: 41/59
Bama at Auburn: 20/80
Florida at Tennessee: 25/75

Arkansas and Mizzou losing last night essentially eliminates them from the regular season championship contention. Basically down to Auburn, UT, Bama, and Florida, and those four teams play each other tonight. An Auburn win eliminates Bama and, coupled with a Florida win, clinches at least a share and would give us a chance to win it outright in Gainesville Saturday.

So, Ole Miss has looked terrible for the last month. Kennedy ranted and raved about their poor effort and attitude after a game recently. Someone decides Andy needs to go on and leave now. And the very next game, OM comes out and plays their best game in a long time. I think we can make the logical conclusion that they didn't like playing for Andy any more.

So Auburn and UF win tonight, and we have to win just one of last 3 to win outright?

Ole Miss's improvement also makes Tennessee's road trip to Mississippi more difficult. They have to go to Ole Miss and State for back-to-back games. State is playing well right now, and if OM continues this rejuvenated play to end the season, I think UT could lose one or both of those games, which will only help the good guys.
