+++++ Official Boogs vs LSU (Hut Hut) Game Thread +++++

The one at Florida, the one at Oklahoma did it in Tuscaloosa , the one at Georgia did it, I dunno but sure there are others.

Edit add kid at Clemson
The one at bammer was considered their weak link

The one at Clemson has long been considered a once in a lifetime player

Tebow was only a part time player as a freshman

My point is Nix is clearly not ready but he is being forced into the field by Malzahns incompetence of not finding another qb.

Wonder how much the hot seat rumors will start cooking this week. Gotta think it’ll at least start percolating

Yep Hoke, he is fantastically inaccurate

The worst thing about games like yesterday is nothing that is truly Malzahns fault will ever change. We might get a new offensive line coach at some point, but that is already long overdue and the bare minimum among the needed changes.

Malzahn will never answer why the offense with him calling plays looks so much like the offense when he supposedly wasn't calling plays. Malzahn will never answer why every or almost every quarterback under him struggled with the forward pass

Has a quarterback as inaccurate as Bo is ever become much more accurate over his career? He’s not even remotely close on some of his throws, it’s awful
I blame a lot of it on Gus. I genuinely think he brain rapes some of these guys into being scared to death of forcing a turnover and it just messes them up. Only a stone cold killer like NM14 seems to have been immune to it. Put Stidham and Nix in different systems and different coaches and I think they'd be great

Probably a good bit of truth in that. His QBs seem to take on his panicky personality

5 page thread started last night by drunk JLee

Gus earning his money this year and Steele and the defense suck

JLee started a thread post midnight, titled "Another great game plan by GM".

Had to be drunk

Went on and on about how Gus has earned his paycheck this year and the loss was all on Bo and the defense.

Sheesh. What a contrast to the goat mod on the rivals network Greg Madia. A nice reminder on why not to give hard earned dollars to the boog board.

So I finished up a 13 straight day run of over 140 hours at work and turn on the DVR last night. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats. Gus Gussed for an entire 60 minutes, wasting one of the best AU Defenses in the last 20 years. In my delirium I couldn't even get mad, it was too completely expected.

This is the Auburn Football that Auburn deserves.

Stidham was a future Heisman contender and first rd lock until shit hit the fan at Baylor. Then he had to leave Boogville a year early just to sniff the 4th rd. Amazing and sad what Gus did to the youngster.

VOUCH. I saw it & he’s a pitiful drunk & got called out for it. Gotta say I enjoyed it tho.

I gotta say my biggest disappointment yesterday was seeing the Dean Dome of Death yesterday & where our HYGS got caught from 16 points up. I can handle all the other crap.

Lol Gus Malzahn people:

Well, I mean, we’re going to do what’s best for our team, but right now a lot of the things — Bo was put in some pretty tough situations on nine third-down-and-10-plus (at LSU), and there was some things that he would like to have back, but there were also some things that he did well,” Malzahn said. “So he’ll continue to improve. That’s how we’re looking at it.”

What did Nix do well at LSU?

“He got out of trouble a few times,” Malzahn said. “He really made an outstanding play on the scramble for a (34-yard pass to) Seth (Williams). I thought, for the most, he operated the offense like it should be operated.”

I finally understand, the offense is supposed to suck.
