You can hate JJ for many reasons, but he brought Bruce to Auburn. Without JJ, we don’t have Bruce.

If the same boosters had brought BRUCE on a silver platter to Greene I believe the response would've been the same, minus Evil Chuck Person. Jacob's did not cause BRUCE to come to Auburn, no matter what spin Jacob's people put on the hire. He rubber stamped it and assisted in pushing it through. At least that's what my folks say. Yours may be closer to the situation, who knows?

It's a lot easier to believe BRUCE was delivered to Jacob's than it is to believe the mouth breathing puppet went lone ranger and hired a Jewish guy with a show cause hanging on him. Nothing in Jacob's past leads me to believe that's a reasonable assumption.

The one benefit to still having Dish is being able to DVR games like these and watch them again and again. Had a child's birthday party yesterday afternoon, so have only watched it twice so far.

I like to think of that moment as a passing of the torch. Ho Daddy gonna keep his intensity and drive but he's chest bumped enough of it into Danjel that he can be the emotional drive for the squad next season.

I do remember one moment in the second half, Danjel gets hit in the face or something going for a defensive rebound and coming back up the court he taps his chest/taps out... not sure if he wanted Bruce to call a timeout or he just went towards the bench because that’s where he was supposed to be in whatever set they called, but he went towards the bench... I think Chuma got up to go check in, but play continued

I “think” it continued a while before the next dead ball... and I “think” Danjel hit another corner 3 after that

I want to get that sequence right and watch it to see if I can get a feel for what happened - what he wanted - what BRUCE did - and how Danjel reacted

Our defense was fire for the first 15 minutes of the game or so. When Harper went out there were very few baskets for like 7-8 minutes. It was a rock fight and then the turnovers started to mount and we started to build a lead.

Doesn’t feel like we’ve shot better than 35% in the first 10 minutes of any game recently. It’s a grind until we can hit a hot stretch.
