I probably found out about the basketball interim coach from Twitter a good couple of hours before the boog bored did. The only scoop that site had during my tenure was softball related and then only if it was good news.
Yeah dude actually seemed to put some work in and make connex. He still has better scoop on his couple times a year posts.

It's a valid question but you won't get a good answer. Tate's whole stance now is that he would "rather be 100% correct than be the first to report." Which is laughable and hypocritical of him to say. Especially after the guy in July straight up threw Desean Murray under the bus when he got some bad info. I went back to look for the thread where he posted that and of course it's gone but he started a thread basically saying Murray probably wouldn't be back at Auburn in the fall and likely wouldn't play this season. The next day he came back and said "things have changed" and he expects him to be back in Auburn and play this season. I can tell y'all for a fact nothing ever changed. I knew Desean's situation for literally months. I knew what he did, that he would have to be gone for the summer semester and that he would be back as soon as the summer semester was over. The staff and people around the team did a great job of covering that up and deflecting it but one post from Tate stirred it all up. The only reason I posted what Desean did back on the blazer board is because of his post. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when Cowart left where he states something along the lines of "there are rumors, but we will not report on this until it is 100% verified." The guy is a joke, but the morons over there continue to feed off his every word.
Tate clearly has zero access. He gets smoked for info by other sites and now claims this 100% bs to cover his lack of access.

I think he's afraid to be wrong as well as losing what access he has for reporting anything. He may have a reporting type job title, but everyone knows he's just a writer that owns a board.
