Well I’m thinking about only having three games left & how much I’ll miss my HYGS cause it’s a long time until November. I mean I’d be all over this in a few months cause bad Boog basketball is better than pretty much anything & I’ve seen my share of ugly over the years. Im just glad this season happened during rona and when we self-imposed. If that’s the end of it with that no-good NCAA then we really win in this whole deal. My LBS would also benefit from the bams having an early exit from the tourney.

You would be scolded in many circles for sure but it’s borderline silliness at times. Of course I’m no one to judge, I don’t think I’ve listened to AU radio network more than 5 times in the last 5 years.

I’m definitely not one of those who turns the radio while watching on TV, but occasionally listen if running Saturday errands, and Sonny is just so goofy. Which is expected for a man his age but not for an SEC broadcast

I wish everyone involved in basketball - coaches, players, announcers - would all quit whining about refs so much. Fouls are going to happen every game and they act shocked and mad on all of them. It’s so dumb

Planning to go walking afterwards, but wife is afraid she might not feel like it. She’s absolutely the BEST, but it’s like in her head. I won’t even give it a second thought unless I really start feeling something. On Sonny he has always been my second favorite Boog ex-corch ever, but I’ve been around him one on one several times & heard him speak a ton. Biggest problem is his repeated stories get old so I can’t imagine listening to 30+ basketball games.

Sill a long way to go but Flanny has done a better job of taking care of the basketball today. Saving us 4-5 possessions and taking away that many from them may be a difference maker today.

He made a Final Four which gives you a lot of mileage with the media. He’s different in that he also had 8-10 25+ win seasons at UTsr and some success at other places as well. Not trying to be an apologist but the SEC coaching ranks are loaded with successful dudes right now.
