Yes. They’re gonna be really good next year. They’re kind of like AU last year with all the freshman. Jones and Petty will both be legit. Still don’t see too much in Doughboy Reese.
That said, Chuma is still way better than any of them
I saw them play at AU the year they won the 2nd title... it’s easily the single greatest team performance I’ve ever witnessed in person... they were unfathomably good

Vandy up at half. That one would pretty much tip the whole challenge in the SECs favor. Doubt they can hold on though.
I’ve never understood the overrated chant. If true, it just delittles your own team’s win.

Vandy wins. SEC wins the challenge. Makes no difference if we go 4-6. Tourney metrics shift in our favor.
Arky needs to find a way to win this one to clinch at least a draw in the challenge. Looks like Kentucky is gonna get coal fvcked by the Mountaineers.
SEC has won FIVE games so far in Big 12-SEC Challenge 2018, and were underdogs in seven of the ten. And that's without our Team Premier.
SEC might win this thing outright. Kentucky brought it down to 2 points.

Would probably have the bams over UT at the moment. They’re playing really well. And maybe USC over Arky even though they lost yesterday nd Arky won. Frank will have those young men ready to go by the time we play them...
bams need to win a few more on the road IMO. Tough to tell if they are playing really well or if they are playing really well at home.
Should LSU really be last @DufnerFanBoy? Vandy appears to deserve that spot.
Vandy just beat a pretty good TCU team though. Don’t see LSU winning many OOC games against decent teams at the moment.
Ill be disappoint if we don’t hang a hundy on Vandy. Watched a decent bit of that TCU game and that was 2 raggedy ass clubs.
Maybe not. Vandy did have a good win over a solid TCU team though. So I don’t think they’re complete garbage, and I guess I gave them a little love for that win.
Still think their offense is really problematic for them. They are potentially great on defense because they were really good a year ago and they added more length and athleticism. Jones can be an elite defender and so could Sexton and Petty if they want to be. They are getting a big smarter in how they play together defensively now and that's a bit scary. Their offense is still so bad IMO. Yes Petty got red hot against us and they were making shots vs OU, but the games between those 2 vs the MS schools they were bad offensively and could have easily gone 0-2.
Strangely I think we will struggle more with Ole Miss on the road than we will with UGA on the road. I thought we did a good job with Maten for the most part and we have the right kind of guys to make life tough for him. Ole Miss seems to have a better spread of guys who can score and run their offense through, plus for whatever reason Kennedy just pushes the right buttons vs AU.
LSU is a strange team. They play great, or like shit. They have wins over Michigan, Houston, Ark and 2 against TAM. Those are 5 really good wins. Vandy of course beat LSU, but don’t have a win against a top 50 Ken Pom team I don’t think. They have payed one hard ass schedule though. Just really shows the depth of our league. Hard to argue from top to bottom we are not the best league in basketball this year.
How sweet it will be for the roles reversed and Bama to beat our Boogs yet we go on to win the NATTY

Am I crazy to be slightly concerned that our Boogs may struggle a bit to beat bama in the Clam? My head tells me that we will shoot so much better than it should be no problem, but bama's length gave us such fits that I could see us struggling again on O. If Sexton gets hot we could have issues.

While I agree that the bams are playing great at home right now, not sure how you could argue putting them over UT at the moment. Not with all the road/neutral site wins UT has (and recently)
My personal opinion is that our loss to them was more about us and less about them. We made a lot of uncharacteristic mistakes and shot poorly from the free throw line. That being said, I always worry about bama.
