Yeah I’d actually forgotten that option. Son text me he was coming back, I asked why he would, then he reminded me.I'm sure he will have a nice insurance plan in place for next year
And Marlon is coming back too?
The DL is gonna be filthy
And QB and Head Coach. Now just need a C, RG and RT.
And QB and Head Coach.
DL is going to be much better than I expected. Especially if Marlon comes back too.
Problem is who the hell is going to play LB? We got 1 back up with minimal experience, a Frosh and bunch of walk ons I have never heard of...and unless we get about 4 more in the late period we don’t seem to be loading up this year.

Goodness gracious riceWe may actually be better at LB. At least more athletic.

I’m more concerned with the secondary personally that and Gus’s offense.
I think the secondary will come down to whether or not we play the best players.
Sherwood and Smoke need to start at safety.

No way next year. I have been high on Britt’s ability from day 1, but he looks lost out there at times. At this point he should mentally way ahead of where he is (at least that’s what I was told). Zakoby is talented, but light and not ready to start. No one else is SEC caliber at this point. If Owen has to start, or play significant time we will get runt over. I don’t see 3 or 4 guys that I would trust playing significant minutes much less start. DD will be really really missed. Just don’t see how we continue to leave these huge gaps in ready to play talent year in and year out. Just like RB and OL this year. Shows how awful gump is at planning for more than the here and now. Meanwhile uga and bama have enough 5* talent at LB to loan us their 2nd, or 3rd teams and I would be happy.

You heard anything about Wooten?
Have not heard much about Harris or Wooten. Wish they would have got some PT this year. Maybe they did and I missed it. Hopefully they will be ready.
But Atkinson was 40 years old.Boogs gonna have legit nfl size in the front four and Britt will be a monster. It’s not gonna be an issue if McClain is moderately undersized. Atkinson was too and he was pretty damn good

Wooten started at least one game.
As a fellow Gregger, and one that cares about your emotional well being while you are posting, remember who your head coach is at all times. Expectations amongst your boog bretheren have been rising since the meaningless bowl game. Suddenly the defense is coming back. We may have a new shiny weapon or two that has been recruited, Saban just lost, etc... etc... the higher expectations get, the more likely that Gus dissapoints them. Don’t get sucked into the must win next year or will be gone vortex. Just sit back and repeat 8-5 8-5 large buyout 8-5.He played quite a bit
Saw some early poll and the boogs play 6 top 12 teams. 8-5 sounding pretty good.As a fellow Gregger, and one that cares about your emotional well being while you are posting, remember who your head coach is at all times. Perhaps, but the dude definitely can't say we haven't seen the WORST Stidham has to offer...
