Gonna grill a ton of veggies & do twice baked cheese taters. Already cooked down a ton of green beans last night in my grandma’s old cast iron skillet.

Well Mr. Mits, there’s my taters. I’ve uploaded Photobucket & am posting my first ever pic, but that gizmo keeps kicking me out & making me log in every time I take a breath. After over a dozen attempts, just gonna have to say the filets & scallops were out of this World. My first thought on this Easter Sunday, is the Good Lord didn’t want me to go all Knotted Shorts anyway. Ha
Yep. I’ve got a beef tip roast about to come up as well. Carrots, red & yellow peppers & sweet onions. Decided to used turnips ILO of taters to try & keep the pretty much pure sugar outta my blood. My experiments usually come out pretty well, but we shall see....Can only see one pic. But I assume everything else looks fantastic

I want a deep fryer but really don’t know what to do with the oil. I may only use it a few times a year and don’t want to buy oil each time. But I abhor old tasting or over used tasting oil. I don't have a deep fryer and you don't need one. Just a pot and some oil. i've fried a lot of stuff before but this was my first time doing wings for some reason. You can reuse the oil a few times. Just let it cool and then use a funnel to put it back into the cotainer/empty milk jug or something. Then once you've used it to your liking (3 or 4 times), funnel it back into the jug and toss it out. Not too difficult. Some cities have recycling centers you can take it to but I've never done thatI want a deep fryer but really don’t know what to do with the oil.
